I’m Lisa Smith, a New Hampshire photographer capturing all the real stuff; big laughs, tight hugs, teary eyes, and everything in between.
What matters most to me? Telling your story through meaningful, candid moments that feel like you. Whether it's the energy and emotion of your wedding day, the beautiful chaos of family life, or the sweet connection between two people in love, I’m all about capturing those genuine moments. Real, emotional, and full of life.
As a creative and connection-focused wedding photographer based in Concord, NH, I specialize in capturing stories through real emotion and honest moments. My goal is to create images that feel like you; beautiful, personal, and timeless.
Though I'm based in New Hampshire, I love to travel and photograph weddings all across New England and the Boston area. I can’t wait to help you capture the memories that will tell your story for years to come.
love. light. laughter.
There’s something about the energy of a wedding day, the emotion, the people, the meaning behind it all. It’s not just about beautiful images, it’s about telling your story in a way that feels honest and lasting. Whether it’s a big celebration, a smaller wedding, or a quiet moment between a parent and child, I show up fully invested in capturing it in a way that matters.
I’m a New Hampshire photographer and a mom of two, and I’m drawn to the real, in-between moments. The laughter, the quiet glances, the connection that just naturally unfolds. I’m not about stiff poses or anything that feels forced. I’ll guide you when needed, but my goal is always to create space for moments that feel like you. What started as a creative outlet has grown into something much bigger, and now it’s truly at the center of everything I do.
I’ve always been a bit of a romantic (yes, I love a good Hallmark movie), so weddings felt like a natural fit.

I cannot thank you enough for being so responsive through the whole wedding planning process and yet super easy going on our wedding day. You were exactly what we were looking for in a photographer and will 100% be recommending you to others! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to see all the moments you've captured for us.
Wow!! Our Wedding photos are absolutely stunning!!!
Lisa helped me successfully pull off a surprise proposal in a pretty rural area. Her communication was spot on which made the anxiety of my proposal day a lot more manageable than it could have been! She is super easy to talk to and willing to help guide you on your journey to the best of her ability.
My fiancé and I are blown away by the photos!
We absolutely loved working with Lisa Smith for our wedding. She has such a beautiful eye—especially in the way she uses natural light. Our photos feel warm, romantic, and timeless, and she managed to capture the day exactly as we remember it. She guided us when we needed it but also blended effortlessly into the day, catching candid moments we didn’t even realize were happening.
Beyond the gorgeous images, Lisa was calm, kind, and easy to work with.
don't be!
One of my biggest strengths as a New Hampshire photographer is helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera so your photos actually look like you. I’ll guide you in a way that feels easy and natural, take the pressure off posing, and focus on real connection and emotion. The result is a mix of thoughtfully composed and candid images you’ll love for years without ever feeling stiff or overdone.
Most of my clients tell me they feel a little awkward or nervous about being photographed, and I completely understand that. The good news is you don’t need to know what to do. That’s my job. I use simple, natural direction so you’re never left wondering where to stand or what to do with your hands. By the end, you’ll feel relaxed, more like yourself, and probably forget the camera is even there. I truly believe the best photos come from genuine emotion and a comfortable, easy experience, and that’s what I create in every session.
